Refund & Return Policy
At NXT Element Performance, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Size & Color Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing guide provided on each product page before ordering.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.
If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
